Liao Xiaojun, qualified as a patent agent and lawyer, currently serves as the Director of Intellectual Property at Legendary Biotech. He has been responsible for patent applications, patent analysis, patent invalidation, and litigation for Legendary Biotech for a long time. I have represented the company in multiple lawsuits before the Patent Reexamination Board, Beijing Intellectual Property Court, Beijing High Court, and the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court. The cases I have handled have twice been selected as one of the top ten annual cases by the Patent Reexamination Board. Selected as the Outstanding Intellectual Property Manager of China in 2019 by China Intellectual Property Magazine.
