Mr. Liu Guiming, the former second level inspector and director of the Chemical Department of the Patent Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, was selected as the first batch of leading talents of the China National Intellectual Property Administration in 2012, and has in-depth research on biomedical innovation and patent protection strategies. Participated in the research and formulation of drug intellectual property policies in multiple countries, and participated in multiple negotiations between China and the United States on drug intellectual property and international multilateral negotiations and consultations. He has served as a visiting professor and graduate supervisor at Peking University, Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, and Nanjing University. Bachelor's degree from Peking University in 1985, Master's degree from Peking Union Medical College in 1991, and Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from John Marshall Law School in the United States in 2004. In recent years, I have published over 20 research papers or books and participated in multiple national level major project research projects.
