Chen Jinchuan has served as a judge and chief judge of the Beijing High People's Court, a judge and vice president of the Beijing Intellectual Property Court.

I have been engaged in intellectual property trial work since 1993, and have published multiple legal papers in journals such as "Intellectual Property", "People's Justice", and Renmin University's photocopying journal. I have also published a personal monograph "Interpretation and Practical Guidance of Copyright Trial Principles", and edited or participated in the writing of dozens of professional works on intellectual property.

He was awarded the "Outstanding Achievement Award" by the National Science and Technology Award Office, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, the "2010 China Copyright Industry Talent Award" by the China Copyright Association, the "2010 National Intellectual Property Protection (Top 10) Most Influential People" by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the National Copyright Administration, and was rated as "Beijing Science and Technology Management Talent with Outstanding Contributions" by the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and the Beijing Municipal Government, and was awarded the title of "National Trial Business Expert" by the Supreme Court.
