Lawyer Meng Fanhong rejoined King&Wood Mallesons in 2013. Prior to this, Lawyer Meng had worked for a globally renowned soft drink company, serving as a senior intellectual property legal director in the Asia Pacific region and an agent for a large domestic intellectual property agency.

Lawyer Meng graduated from the School of Life Sciences at Beijing Normal University with a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Master's degree. Later, he received a master's degree in law from the School of Law of Renmin University of China. Lawyer Meng obtained the qualification of a Chinese lawyer in 1998 and the qualification of a Chinese patent agent in 2000.

Lawyer Meng often provides legal services for internationally renowned multinational companies in patent application, patent strategy, consulting, search, patent review and invalidation, patent infringement analysis, patent infringement litigation, patent administrative litigation, patent licensing and transfer, and trade secret protection.
