For 13 years in the industry, Ms. Xu has provided intellectual property legal services to multiple large chemical and pharmaceutical companies, and is currently in charge of the Foreign Patent Department of our firm. Ms. Xu has been engaged in foreign-related business for many years and is familiar with patent practices in multiple countries, including China. In 2010, Ms. Xu was invited to attend the 16th European Symposium on Fluorochemistry and was the only Chinese speaker at the international conference. In 2016, Ms. Xu participated in a training course on German and British patent law organized by the well-known European firm HASENTINE LAKE LLP, where she had face-to-face exchanges with European lawyers to learn about European patent practice and actively participated in multiple European opposition cases. In addition, Ms. Xu was invited to give a lecture titled "PCT Application Practice" to hundreds of high-tech enterprises at the Shanghai Intellectual Property Service Association in 2021, which was highly praised.
