Cui is working at BMS’ Shanghai office as the Head of lP, China/Asia.Before joining BMS, Dr. Cui worked as an IP professional in the biopharmaceuticalindustry in the US and China for over twenty years. in addition to multipleinternational law firms, he worked as the in house counsel for Genentech andlater Roche Pharmaceuticals for many years. Dr. Cui holds degrees fromUniversity of Science & Technology of China (BS), University of lllinois (PhD inneuroscience)and Stanford Law School (JD).
