Zhang Qiulin, partner, lawyer, patent agent; Master of Science from Hunan University and Master of Law from China University of Political Science and Law; I have worked in the research and development of Shenzhen Microchip Biotechnology for two years. Since 2006, I have been engaged in intellectual property legal services. I have worked as a patent agent for well-known institutions/law firms such as Hong Kong Institute of Technology and China Consulting Group for ten years. Since 2016, I have focused on patent invalidation and litigation, as well as trade secret litigation, especially in the technical fields of chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, biology, and medicine.

Representing the infringement case of "Vanillin" technology secrets, the second instance was awarded compensation of 159 million yuan, selected as "Guiding Case No. 220 of the Supreme People's Court", and rated as "Top Ten Cases of the People's Court in 2021"; Acting as the first agent for the patent link litigation of the drug "Edicalcitriol" in China, it has been rated as one of the "Top Ten Cases of the Fifth Anniversary of the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People's Court".
