Yin Xin, the technical director of the Technology Transfer Center of Capital Normal University, was once the director of the Second Medical and Biological Appeal Division of the Reexamination and Invalidation Department of the Patent Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration. He was once rated as a senior training talent of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and an expert of the Patent Reexamination Board in reviewing business. In 2012, he was seconded to the Intellectual Property Division of the Supreme People's Court and served as a public lawyer of the China National Intellectual Property Administration from 2013 to 2019. I have rich experience in patent authorization, rights confirmation, and litigation, and have heard multiple cases with significant impact in the industry. He has successively participated in more than ten research projects of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the Beijing Municipal Education Commission as the project leader, writer, and editor in chief, covering patent examination, infringement judgment, revision of the Patent Examination Guide, drug patent linkage, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and intellectual property management in universities.
